​Lyle Leubner, Treatment & Operations Manager

​Lyle Leubner began his career at North Little Rock Wastewater in 2003 as the Treatment Department Engineering Technician where he trained under several highly experienced plant operators and supervisors.  Upon key retirements in 2014, he was promoted to the Operations Supervisor, and in 2019 he was promoted again to the Treatment Operations Manager.  Lyle graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.  He also served as Vice President of UALR’s chapter of Tau Alpha Pi, engineering technology’s honor society.  He currently holds a Class IV Wastewater and Advanced Industrial licenses.
