Scott Kerby, P.E., Engineering Manager

Scott Kerby, P.E., has been employed by North Little Rock Wastewater since 2016 when he began his career as Civil Engineer-Collection System, and he has served as Engineering Manager since 2021. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Construction Engineering from the University of Arkansas, Little Rock. Scott has seventeen years of utility construction and engineering experience.
